Did You Know? Our current production version of Partner™ is 6.2.01. To verify your Partner version, click on Help from the Partner menu bar and select About SEMCIPARTNER. A screen will appear indicating your current Partner version. If you find that you are not on the latest version and would like the update as soon as possible, please email us at service@sisware.com. ADDING COMPANIES AND BROKERS IN PARTNER Adding Companies 1. Click File > Utilities > Company Administrator 2. Click the Add Group button 3. Type the company name in the box 4. Click Search 5. Highlight the name in the left-hand column 6. Click Add 7. Click Yes Adding Other If the company name is not listed in the Add Company Group database you will need to do the following: 1. Click the Add Group button 2. Click Add Other 3. Enter the name of the company 4. Click OK 5. Click Yes 6. Click OK 7. The Writing Company Selection screen will appear, and you can select the writing companies from the list. If the writing companies are not on the list, you may add them according to Step 5, b. Adding / Deleting NAIC Codes 1. Highlight the company name on the General tab within Company Administrator 2. On the right side of the screen, you will notice a section labeled Writing Companies Name and Address. You can scroll through the provided NAIC Codes for the highlighted company. 3. You can delete those you don’t use, and you can add any that are not listed. 4. Deleting NAIC Codes

Note: If you have added a Company that was not listed in the database, you can make up any NAIC Codes. Ex: 12345. However, be sure the codes are unique. Adding Brokers If your agency is using Partner Plus+, please follow Steps 1 and 2 listed below. If your agency is not using Partner Plus+, please follow Step 1 only. 1. If the agency is paying the Broker the premium:
You could have multiple companies as writing companies underneath the broker name. (Ex. Travelers, CNA, State Auto, etc.) You also could have more than one broker with the same writing companies. When you are in details of a policy, you would choose the broker as the company and the writing company would be the insurance company. The writing company name will print instead of the broker name. 2. If the agency is paying the Company the premium:
