Company Initiatives SIS Workshop Added to Pacesetter Academy Curriculum In February 2007, SIS will offer "Tools of the Trade," facilitated by Anne Brooks, sales specialist II. This workshop is for new agency producers in the bi-annual State Auto Insurance Company’s Pacesetter Academy curriculum. Producers will be provided with useful tools to put in their producer selling tool kit, using their agency’s automation system to sell more efficiently and to track their results. State Auto PLSS Training On December 12, 2006, Anne Brooks conducted the largest-attended one-day training workshop for the newest crop of State Auto Insurance Company Personal Lines Sales Specialists (PLSS). Their class represented all operating territories, with specialists attending from states as far west as Utah and as far east as North Carolina. In addition to the 11 PLSS representatives in attendance, SIS’s new Director of Business Development Brad Ristas joined the group. This was a very interactive and diverse group with varied backgrounds as some individuals had been in their new sales role for only two weeks. They all gained the information that will become part of their sales tool kit in order to help agents become more efficient in using products like Partner to grow their business. |
