Orlando, Florida (May 22, 2005) Strategic Insurance Software, Inc. (SIS) was recognized at the 13^th annual ACORD LOMA Insurance Systems Forum held in Orlando, Florida last week. For the third consecutive year, SIS won multiple accomplishment awards for using ACORD data and form standards within the property and casualty insurance industry.

SIS was commended as the 2005 Upload Vendor of the Year (in terms of percentage growth), along with the Early Forms Adopter award for implementation within the Partner^TM agency management system. SIS also won an Accomplished ACORD XML Outsourcer for the SIS Print Service. Complementing the accomplishment awards, SIS again received the 2005 Certification Award for P&C Surety to signify compliance with the current version of ACORD XML.

Each year ACORD (Association for Cooperative Operations Research and Development) recognizes industry technology leaders through the ACORD awards and certification program. Many independent insurance agencies doing business with multiple carriers are able to send new business applications and policy changes electronically to the company, reducing redundant systems entry work and human error.

SIS continues to be recognized as a leader by ACORD. In 1997, SIS received the Upload Vendor of the Year award for growth.  SIS was one of the first vendors to win such an award using ACORD AL3.  SIS established a solid solution for submitting new business and changes to backend batch systems.  In 2005, SIS built upon that experience by winning the same Upload award while moving forward with the newer ACORD XML awards.  Armed with 3 consecutive years of ACORD XML Certifications and XML Outsourcer awards, the future looks bright for SIS.
