XE. Our agents
send and receive
accurate policy details
directly with their
writing companies via
Download, WebLink and
also Direct Bill
Commission Download.
To
clarify, when
companies send policy
details to the agency,
it is called Download.
Download can be sent
through the IVANS
mailbox system or via
FTP process
directly from the
company.
With
94-95% of our Partner
agencies downloading
personal lines or
commercial lines with at
least one of their
carriers, it is easy to
recognize the importance
of download. We have
automated our download
process to minimize the
impact to our agencies.
Our Partner agencies are
scheduled to
automatically receive
their daily download via
multiple ways – such as
IVANS Transfer Manager
and Connective’s
Team-Up.
Download
provides a complete,
accurate database
eliminating data entry
costs.
WebLink
provides error free
over-night turnaround
that out-performs paper
applications and
changes.
If an
agency wants to visit
the company website,
they can connect
through the WebLink
process directly from
the client's folder in
Partner XE.

Interface
Request Process
1.
Select the company
for which you would
like to request a
Company Interface
Form.
2.
Click the Print
Request button.
A dialog box will
display asking you
to continue.
3. Click Yes
to the message. This
will send an
Interface Request
Form to your default
printer.
4. To complete
the form, follow the
instructions at the
top of the Interface
Request Form.
