We pledge to provide quality, affordable and efficient training for companies and agencies that utilize our software products.  As an insurance software provider, we know that two of our most important assets are our training and support staff; and our reputation for providing the highest possible service to our clients.

 

 

We pledge to provide an outstanding product support staff. The goal of our staff is to have one of our representatives available the moment you call. When that is not possible, we make every effort to return your call as promptly as possible.

We pledge to achieve these goals by providing competitive license and product support fees, at a cost that you can afford, but, one that will allow us to continue to deliver excellent Insurance Technology products.

We realize that every agency has different training needs.  We provide three different styles of training.

1.  Phone Training 10-16 hrs

2.  Workshop Training 2-4 days

3.  On-Site 2-4 days
