Now Certifying inquiry and quote-submit!

For many P & C carriers, company web sites offer a way for agencies to quote new prospects and service their policyholders with efficiency.  The idea behind WebLink and UpLink is to save time for the agency and to increase efficiency of each transaction between agencies and their carriers.  SIS does this by managing passwords for all employees and each company, and then sending these passwords behind the scenes to make a seamless transition from SEMCI PARTNER® to the carrier site.
  • send electronic payments

  • send new policy details to quote and submit

  • send a policy change for quote and submit

  • view policy declaration pages

  • view billing status

  • view claim status

There is no middle man, your agency is working directly with your company.  SIS  WebLink takes the agency directly to the carrier site in “real-time” without added burdens.

The security of the carrier site is maintained throughout the process and never leaves the hands of the authorized individual.

This inquiry feature is FREE  to agencies and companies, however requires certification by the company.  To send new business and change policy files, there is a minimal fee to the company.  During the certification process, S.I.S. works with the company to determine the necessary protocol.   Once those components are determined, S.I.S. creates a unique, encrypted  WebLink setup for that carrier to be distributed to their agencies.

WebLink is a major step towards true “straight-through processing”.  With one click from SEMCI PARTNER® the users are able to see whether the client’s check was received on their policy, or submit an endorsement request.  The list goes on and on and dynamically grows as carriers add functionality to their websites.

For a more in-depth assessment, we invite your agency and company representatives to test drive a copy of SEMCI PARTNER® on your desktop. Call or email us today to order your free CD.

"WebLlink has made access to our AgentSite easy and seamless for our Partner agents.  Early reports show that agencies with Partner - WebLink appreciate how easy it is to get to the policyholder detailed pages directly from Partner."

"With one click, they really are saving time, and they say they love it. Agents are getting the best of both worlds - information from AgentSite and their management system with workflow controlled by their management system."

Once an option is selected, Partner will call your browser, log-on to a secure session, find the policy and open the page that you have requested.

All this in one click!

“Once we agreed on what information would be transferred and in what format, the time period boiled down to just about one week.
